Refund policy

Custom Product Policy:
All our products are custom-made with your personal photos. Because of this:
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on correctly produced items
- All sales are final once proof is approved

Quality Guarantee:
- We send a digital proof before production
- You must approve the proof before we print
- Final product will match the approved proof

Damaged or Defective Items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- We'll replace damaged items at no charge
- Defects caused by our error will not be shipped out. Items are hand made and hand checked for quality prior to packaging

Refunds for damaged product are subject to review and will only be issued if seen fit. 

Photo Quality:
- We print photos exactly as uploaded
- Our system warns you about low-quality images
- We cannot refund orders where photo quality issues were flagged

Cancellations:
- Before proof approval: Full refund
- After proof approval: No refunds (production begins)
